Chef d'équipe tuyauterie / marine piping supervisor

Missions and activities
Your primary responsibilities will be to supervise and lead the manufacture and installation of Bilge, fuel, Exhaust, sanitary and fire fighting systems into new Vessels.
In the yard, you will also be responsible for all the hydraulic activities
As a supervisor, you will be responsible of the all “Piping” and “hydraulic” team of SEAS:
- Take in people according to the yard load and develop plan
- Train people to meet security, quality and productivity objectives
- ...
You will be in charge of the piping and hydraulic workshop:
- Propose to the management the investment budget: tooling, machines ...
- Be in charge of the budget: maintenance ...
- ...
On vessels / Projects , you will
- Using drawings, Iso .. you will evaluate and order to the purchasing department your bill of material (pipes, accessories ...): Quantities and delays
- establish the planning and budget (hours) corresponding to your productions and update datas during construction
- Coordinate the teams to meet productivity objectives and secure the planning
You should have experience in producing Aluminium, Stainless steel, Galvanized and PVC piping systems with strong abilities in pipe bending equipment and procedures.
You should have a good aptitude for reading and interpreting piping drawings in 2D and 3D format and experience/understanding with marine mechanical systems advantageous

Profile required of the candidate
Experience needed – Knowledge – Skills :
10 years experience in relevant field with proven supervisory history
Education – Diploma :
Added qualifications (attestations, certificats etc.)
Trade qualified
Related skills (computer skill, language etc.)
Language: English and/or French
Vietnamese would be a plus
Personnel quality needed :
Ability to adapt quickly into a fast paced, multicultural environment with good communication and inter personnel skills.
